KV’s quote above is the most apt for today, which in its 4-hour glory alone, proves just how disorderly this world is: My dearest Roger lost what was supposed to be his 6th US Open today.

Pictured above is how I decided to adapt myself to the chaos I’m living in. That’s 1/3 of my breakfast this morning. It’s an open-faced sunny sideup sandwich comprise of 5-minute toast, cheese and pesto. Coffee and leche flan complete the meal.

Oh lordie, lordie. It’s just midday and already I am tired. There’s really not much to do, thanks to my, ehem, efficiency plan (I came in over the weekend, okay). But I feel like advancing some more shizz in case my, ehem, throat acts up tomorrow.

Ungodly hour, eh?

I’m up early on this monday morning for two things:

1. finish my story for the deadline that is tomorrow. Wow, how efficient!
2. watch roger cream the hater that is novac djokovic.

The unforeseen item on the agenda is to surf the internet. Lord, how i love surfing the internet in this ungodly hour. It’s so fast and everything is updated—at least facebook is—and those online are the only people i want and could relate at this time of day. i love it.

So. the news of rafa losing to del potro completely woke me up. He lost straight sets,6-2 6-2 6-2.  What’s happening to the brute?! I sort of miss him, man. And now he’s gone again. Oh well.

roger is looking mighty mighty mighty fine. 7-6 7-5 and he’s up to serve in this first game of the 3rd set. novac djokovic is such a hater, goodness!

but what really got me to stop writing for awhile and really concentrate: gavin rossdale explaining to his wife gwen, who looks just like she did during the heartbreaking Wimbledon finals last year: fucking bored.

Thanks to the  major carb fest that was dinner last night, I’m majorly hungry now. That’s what carbs does to you, so I heard. I want a really good omelette, toasted bread, coffee and cake.

Ok. roger is up 40-30. The third set is tied to 1 all. Now it’s 2-1. He just gave novac a nice overhead.

Did you see the Wimbledon championship? Goodness. Andy Roddick played awesome, served awesome. He played so well the match went into the 5th set and boy what a 5th set that was! 15 games before Roger rewrote history.

I guess that’s how it goes. I mean, if you were gonna rewrite history, if you’re going to make history, it ain’t gonna be easy. The commentators on Star Sports were looking for records, statistics, that yday’s finals were gonna rewrite and they didn’t find any!
