Let’s Go Outdoors!
Skonehem, I love you. Look! Some awesome ideas for the outdoors. I think dad would’ve made a project of our outdoors had he seen these. Or okay, he would have talked about starting a backyard/outdoor project.
Or, if you’re lucky enough to live by the river or the sea
And if you had work, or is the type to being working at home, then wouldn’t this be perfect???
It’s nice to dream, no? I’m dreaming it’s the weekend already—or better yet, it is still Thursday but I played hooky—and because I had either of these, I’d be hanging out here.
Colors

Hmm, I don’t know if it’s really the colors I’m liking or if its the retro vibe, or the over-all styling of the place. Melikey the wabi sabi elements thrown around (check out the chairs above) especially. And because I am a fan of backyards, look! They have this, too:

And yes, currently liking the weathered table on the above photo. Oh no, I think I just grabbed four of five photos on apartment therapy. Guess that’s how much I like this place. You can vote for this house, you know. (:
Am so happy that Friday is winding down. There are so many things to do over the weekend, starting tonight. But the thing that calls me the loudest? Dia Internacional del libros. I may just trainhop and expose myself to some form of culture. Will need to go on an artists’ date, too, I reckon. But pray sloth doesn’t win me over.
Dinner on a Friday Evening
Went on leave Friday last to spend time with family. We had lunch at 22 Prime, a restaurant at Discovery Suites. And then for dinner, we went to Antonio’s, this fine dining restaurant in Tagaytay, a city a few hours drive away from Manila. The food was incredible. I mean, check out that beautiful bone marrow:

I only knew bone marrow as the so-called cherry on top of a Filipino dish Bulalo. A pig stew, dad would hold the bone marrow on one hand, hammer it as strong as he can on his other so that the bone marrow fat would slip gently off. As you can see, Antonio’s has the fat beautifully laid out, all for the taking.
Life Maps, Still!
This time, on future relationships.
I’m sorry for this seemingly narcissistic post. There are just some things a girl fantasizes about, things she wishes the boy she likes would do to for her.
The following are mine. If you would be kind enough, I’m claiming these for myself now, okay? Thanks.
I’d like to called Sunshine. Every morning, he’d greet me:

Then he’d serenade me:

And then, this would be his song for me:
Oh, the perils (or joy?) of being alone, life mapping romantic stuff for oneself. Sigh. I wish I had someone already. I think I had just made up my mind over the long weekend. Yes kids. I’ve decided. I do like him.
The question is, does he like me? Oh, the perils (or joys?) of love.
